1-5 Business Day Delivery within the USA. All deliveries require an adult signature. Please do not waste your time, or ours, by placing an order ,if you are not of legal age.



All unopened items within an order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You will be refunded the original order amount minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. We do not provide return labels.


Items that have a warranty will either mention so on the box or contain a warranty card.

      When your order is Captured it means that the credit card has been charged and your order is currently awaiting shipment! 🙂

    I redeemed by groupon for a double nose hookah and purchased additional items. Groupon shows redeemed; however I didn’t get a confirmation or order number. Any ideas as to why I didn’t receive an order number?

      Hey Vastina,
      Thank you for following the groupon instructions and redeeming your coupon. Once you have clicked submit there is an automatic system generated e-mail sent to you with a copy of your submission. You should receive the e-mail moments after clicking submit. If you do not see it , please check your spam or junk folder. If it is in there, please be sure to add us to your address book so that you don’t have this same issue with your tracking number e-mail.
